About Pouches & Bags
Pouches are converted from film or paper-based laminate and finished with the closure and seal style the fill requires. Print, gusset style and finish are set at the order stage against artwork you supply, and the same structure is then recorded and used for repeat runs, so later packs are made to the agreed specification. Sealing and filling parameters should be trialled on your own line before a first full run.
Pouches ship flat-packed in bundles inside cartons, palletised and wrapped for container transit. They can be ordered plain or printed, and private label work is handled alongside our ingredient supply so a brand's packs and contents move on the same shipment. Sizes, structures and closure types are quoted per enquiry; structure specifications and the applicable food-contact documentation are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked
Can pouches be printed with our own branding?
Yes. Print and artwork are handled as part of our custom labelling and private label work, agreed before the run. Plain unprinted stock is also available where you apply your own labels on the packing line.
Can you send full specifications and a Certificate of Analysis?
Technical data sheets for the pouch structure are confirmed per order. Tell us the product going inside and the market it ships to, and we will confirm at enquiry which food-contact documentation can be supplied for that structure.
Which products suit a pouch rather than a rigid pack?
Dry, free-flowing goods — spice powders, dehydrated vegetable flakes, seasoning blends, protein and superfood powders. Liquids and oils are usually better served by our bottles and jars.
Can pouches be ordered together with an ingredient order?
Yes. Packaging is quoted on its own or supplied alongside the ingredients it holds, so packed goods and spare pack stock move on the same shipment.
