About Bottles & Jars
Bottles and jars are moulded, then inspected and closed with a matching screw cap before despatch. Clear stock suits products sold on appearance; amber is chosen where a filler wants to limit light reaching the contents. Neck finish, closure type and any liner or induction seal are agreed at the order stage so the pack matches your filling and capping equipment.
Containers are supplied bulk-packed in cartons with caps boxed separately or fitted, then palletised for container loading. Empty rigid packs take space rather than weight, so volumes are usually planned around the shipment rather than the piece. Sizes, wall styles, colours and closure options are quoted per enquiry; specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order.

When would we choose amber over clear?
Amber is usually chosen where the filler wants to limit light reaching the contents, as with essential oils and some extracts. Clear is chosen where the buyer or the shelf should see the product itself.
Do caps come fitted to the bottles?
Screw caps can be supplied fitted, or boxed separately for your own capping line. Liner and seal options are agreed at the order stage against how you fill.
Can you send full specifications and a Certificate of Analysis?
Container specifications are confirmed per order. Send us the fill, the closure you run and the destination market, and we will confirm at enquiry which food-contact documentation can be supplied for that container.
Can bottles be labelled before shipment?
Yes. Labelling and private label work is available, with artwork and placement agreed before the run. Unlabelled stock is supplied where you apply labels in-house.
