Every consignment ships against an agreed written specification, with a Certificate of Analysis and the export documentation the destination market requires.
On certifications
We are finalising the published record of the certifications held by the facility. Certificates are shared directly with buyers on request, and the applicable certificates travel with each consignment. We would rather show you the document than a badge.
Quality process

Raw materials selected from farmers and suppliers we work with regularly.

Inspection
Incoming material checked before it is accepted for processing.

Processing
Processed under hygienic conditions to preserve natural quality.

Testing
Checked against the parameters agreed with the buyer for that order.

Packing
Packed in the format agreed for the order, sealed and labelled.

Dispatch
Documentation set prepared and the consignment dispatched.
Export documentation
The document set prepared for each consignment. Which documents apply depends on the product and the destination market.
Commercial Invoice
Issued for every consignment.
Packing List
Itemised against the shipped lot.
Certificate of Origin
Confirming Indian origin of the goods.
Certificate of Analysis
Lot-specific, issued with the consignment.
MSDS / Technical Data Sheet
Supplied where the product or market requires it.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Where applicable to the product and destination.
Health Certificate
Where applicable to the product and destination.
Additional certificates
Prepared where a destination market or buyer requires them.
Specifications and Certificate of Analysis
We quote against your written specification rather than a generic grade. Parameters are agreed in writing before production, and a Certificate of Analysis is issued for the lot and supplied with the consignment. Specification sheets for any product are available on request.
