About Boxes & Cartons
Corrugated boxes are cut, creased and glued or stitched to the dimensions of the pack going inside them, so the case is sized around your primary pack rather than picked from stock. Wall construction, flute and closure method are selected per order against the stacking and transit conditions you describe. Print can run from a plain shipper to full outer branding.
Boxes are supplied flat, strapped in bundles and palletised, so they travel and store folded until they are erected on your line. They are quoted per enquiry against the dimensions, loaded weight and stacking pattern you are working to; specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order. Boxes can also ship with an ingredient order as its outer case.

Are boxes made to our dimensions?
Yes. Cases are cut and creased around the primary pack you are shipping. Send the pack dimensions, the count per case and your stacking pattern, and we quote against them.
Can boxes be printed?
Yes, from plain shippers through to fully printed outers carrying your brand and shipping marks. Plain stock is supplied where marks are applied at your own packing line.
Can you send full specifications and a Certificate of Analysis?
Case specifications are confirmed per order. Describe the case size, what it will carry and the route it travels, and we will quote and document the construction against that.
Do boxes arrive assembled?
No. They are supplied flat and bundled so they store and travel folded, then are erected at your line when packing starts.
