About Frozen Mixed Products
Each component is prepared on its own, cleaned, cut and blanched where the vegetable calls for it, then frozen and combined into the blend. The ratio between components is a commercial decision, so it is set with the buyer at order stage rather than fixed in advance. Component list and cut style are agreed the same way, before production starts.
Blends are supplied in bulk formats for manufacturing and catering use, and in retail or private label packs for buyers selling to consumers. Pack format, liner and labelling are set per order, and own-brand runs are handled on the same basis. Product is held and shipped frozen, with specifications and a Certificate of Analysis confirmed per order.

Can we set our own component ratio?
Yes. The blend is put together to the component list and ratio you confirm at order stage, using items from our frozen range. Nothing is assumed from a standard recipe.
What goes into the standard blend?
Carrot, peas, French beans and sweet corn is the mixed vegetable combination named in our range. Other combinations are discussed at enquiry and confirmed before production.
How are specifications handled?
Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order. For a blend they are issued against the agreed component list, cut style and pack format rather than a generic figure.
Do you run private label for blends?
Yes. Own-brand packing, custom labelling and pack format are agreed with you up front, and the blend is produced to that brief in bulk or retail formats.
