About Frozen Berries
Berries are handled gently because the fruit bruises easily: they are sorted, washed and frozen soon after intake, whole unless the order calls for something else. Material is held and shipped frozen from freezing onward, since berries show cold-chain lapses faster than firmer fruit. Which berry lines are available for a given shipment is confirmed at enquiry rather than assumed from a catalogue.
Berries are supplied in bulk packs for jam, bakery, dairy and beverage lines, and in retail or private label formats for buyers packing for the freezer aisle. Liner, pack format and labelling are set per order, own-brand included. Consignments travel frozen throughout, and specifications together with a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order before dispatch.

What specifications and a Certificate of Analysis will we get?
Both are confirmed per order, issued against the berry, form and pack format you confirm. We would rather agree them with you than publish figures your lot might not match.
Is the fruit supplied whole or cut?
Whole is the standard form for frozen strawberry. Any other preparation is a matter to raise at enquiry so it can be agreed before production rather than after.
How do you protect delicate fruit in transit?
Berries are frozen soon after intake and then held and shipped frozen through to delivery, with frozen carriage and destination export paperwork arranged as part of the order.
