About Dehydrated Spices
Spice material is cleaned and sorted, dried under controlled conditions, and then either left in cut form, ginger as dried slices and flakes, green chilli as flakes and rings, or ground. Grinding is kept as a separate, later step because a spice loses aroma once its surface is opened, so whole and cut grades are held until an order calls for powder.
Supply is in bulk, in lined sacks, export cartons or laminated pouches, and in retail or private-label packs for buyers selling on shelf. Which spices are available, in whole, cut or ground form, is confirmed against your enquiry, and blends can be run to a buyer's own recipe rather than a standard formula. Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked
Do you supply spices whole, cut or ground?
All three. Cut grades such as dried ginger slices and flakes or green chilli flakes and rings are held as they come off the dryer, and grinding is done as a later step. Buyers who grind in-house often prefer to take whole or cut material.
Can you grind and blend to our own recipe?
Yes. Blends are run to a buyer's formulation rather than a house recipe, so the spices, their proportions and the grind are set by you. Recipes shared for this purpose are handled in confidence under a non-disclosure agreement.
What specifications do you work to, and can we get a Certificate of Analysis?
Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order. Send the spec sheet or parameter list your process and your market require and we will confirm against it at the quotation stage rather than quoting a standard figure.
How does this differ from your spices and seasonings range?
The dehydrated line is the dried spice material itself, held whole, cut or ground. The seasonings range is formulated product built to a recipe. Buyers who blend in-house usually take the dehydrated line; those buying a finished mix take the other.
