About Dehydrated Fruits
Fruit is washed, peeled or trimmed as the variety requires, then cut and dried under controlled conditions so that colour and fruit character carry through to the finished piece. Mango is handled as slices and strips, including raw green mango cut for amchur use; banana as coins and slices; papaya as chunks and spears. Which fruits and cuts are running is confirmed at enquiry. Dried material is graded and inspected before packing.
Fruit is supplied in bulk cartons, lined sacks and laminated pouches for manufacturing use, with retail and private-label packs arranged on request. Cut size, fruit selection and packing format are settled at the enquiry stage, so the material arrives in the form your line handles rather than needing a second cutting step. Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked
Which fruits do you dry?
Mango as dried slices and strips, including raw green mango cut for amchur use; banana as coins and slices; and papaya as chunks and spears. If your formulation needs a fruit or a cut outside this list, ask and we will tell you plainly whether we can run it.
Is the fruit supplied plain or treated in any way?
How the fruit is presented is agreed per order. Tell us what your formulation and your destination market allow, and we will confirm what we can supply against that before the order is placed, rather than assuming a house standard.
What specifications do you work to, and can we get a Certificate of Analysis?
Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order. Share the spec sheet or parameter list your process and your customers require, and we will confirm against it at the quotation stage.
Can the cut be matched to our production line?
Cut size is set before drying, so the piece geometry is decided at the order stage. Tell us how the fruit enters your line, whether it is dosed, deposited or blended dry, and we will confirm which cut fits.
