Dehydrated Products
Dehydrated Vegetables
Dehydrated vegetables are fresh vegetables dried to remove their water, leaving a stable, lightweight ingredient that rehydrates in the pot. Quantum Indus Exports supplies the range in bulk to food manufacturers, soup and seasoning houses, ready-meal producers and private-label packers who need a vegetable input that ships and stores without a cold chain.

About Dehydrated Vegetables
Incoming vegetables are cleaned, trimmed and cut to the required size before drying, so that the piece shape you order is set before moisture is taken out. Drying is done under controlled conditions to hold colour and aroma, and the dried material is sieved and inspected before packing. Vegetables such as carrot, potato, green chilli and bitter gourd are handled in this range, subject to what is running at the time of enquiry.
Supply is in bulk for industrial use, with lined sacks, export cartons and laminated pouches available, and retail or private-label packing arranged where a buyer needs it. Cut, colour and any single-vegetable or blended make-up are agreed at enquiry stage, and the packing format is matched to your line. Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order.

Frequently asked
Which vegetables are covered by this range?
The dehydrated vegetable range covers vegetables such as carrot, potato, green chilli and bitter gourd (karela), with what is actually running confirmed against your enquiry. Onion, garlic and ginger are handled as their own lines, since they move in larger volumes and in their own cut grades. Tell us the vegetable and cut you need and we will confirm what is running.
Can you supply a blend rather than a single vegetable?
Yes. Blends are packed to a buyer's own make-up rather than a fixed house recipe, so the ratio between vegetables and the cut of each one is set by your formulation, not ours.
What specifications do you work to, and can we get a Certificate of Analysis?
Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order. Send us the spec sheet your process runs to, or the parameters your customer asks for, and we will confirm against it before the order is placed rather than quoting a standard figure.
Do you pack for retail or private label?
Yes. Alongside bulk industrial packing, we pack in retail formats and under a buyer's own label, with pack format and labelling agreed as part of the order.
