About Sweeteners

Bulk sweeteners are refined, crystallized or evaporated to syrup and then filtered, dried and screened; jaggery follows the traditional unrefined route and keeps the color and flavor that come with it. High-intensity sweeteners arrive as concentrated actives dosed in small proportion. Each is handled separately to avoid carry-over and released against its own batch record.

Crystalline and powdered grades ship in lined sacks, bags or drums; syrups ship in drums or larger liquid packs suited to your intake point. Retail and private label packing is available for buyers selling sweeteners on rather than using them. Samples are released so a substitution can be trialed on your own line before the volume is booked.

Frequently asked

What technical documents come with a sweetener order?

Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order against the grade you buy, since crystalline, syrup, unrefined and high-intensity products are documented differently. The paperwork is issued with the quotation and the batch certificate accompanies the shipment.

Why choose invert sugar syrup over ordinary sugar?

Invert syrup resists crystallization, holds moisture and improves texture, which helps in confectionery, fillings and baked goods that need to stay soft on shelf. It is usually used alongside crystalline sugar rather than replacing it outright, and the balance is set by trial.

Can you help us cut sugar without losing body?

That normally needs a combination: a high-intensity sweetener for the sweetness and a bulking carbohydrate for the mouthfeel the sugar was providing. Share the current recipe and the target you are working to, and our team will suggest a route and send samples to trial.

Is jaggery available for export markets?

Yes. Jaggery is supplied as a traditional unrefined sweetener, with the darker color and characteristic flavor buyers expect from it, in bulk industrial packing or in consumer packs. Grade, form and packing are fixed at order stage against the market you are selling into.
