About Carbohydrates
Raw material is selected on arrival, then extracted, milled, dried and sieved under controlled conditions. Modified and pregelatinized grades are processed to change how the starch hydrates and holds viscosity through heat and shear. Each batch is kept identifiable through processing and checked before it is released, so a repeat order is made against the same agreed specification.
Supplied as free-flowing powders in lined sacks, woven bags or fiber drums, in bulk export packing or in retail and private label formats built to your artwork. Palletized and container loading arrangements are agreed at order stage, along with the shipping documents your import process needs. Samples can be released for trial work before a commercial quantity is committed.

Frequently asked
What specifications can you share before we order?
Specifications and a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order, against the exact grade and batch you are buying, rather than published as a fixed sheet. Tell us the starch or carbohydrate grade and the application, and the technical documents are issued with the quotation and again with the shipment.
Which starch should we use for a retorted sauce?
That depends on process temperature, shear, acidity and the appearance you want to hold through shelf life. Native, modified and pregelatinized grades behave differently under those conditions. Share the process and our team will suggest a shortlist and send samples for you to trial on your own line.
Can you supply under our own brand?
Yes. Private label and custom packing sit alongside bulk supply, including your artwork, label text and pack format for retail or food service. Requirements are agreed before production so the packing line runs to your specification rather than a standard house pack.
What documentation travels with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin are issued with the consignment, together with a Certificate of Analysis and technical data sheet for the grade supplied. Any further documents your import authority asks for are arranged when the order is confirmed.
