Quantum Indus Exports formulates and supplies them for snack and ready-meal manufacturers, sauce and marinade producers, food service operators and private label brands who want one blended ingredient instead of a bill of separate spices.

About Mixed Seasonings
Work starts from the buyer's recipe or from a target flavour profile, with component spices sourced, cleaned and milled before blending. Blending is run to hold the mix even through the batch, with blend uniformity checked against the specification agreed for the order, which matters most where a seasoning is dosed onto a snack line. Trial batches are made and adjusted with the buyer before a blend is fixed.
Once a recipe is signed off it is held as the reference for repeat orders, so later batches are made to the same brief. Blends are supplied in bulk packing for production lines and in retail or private label packs where the seasoning is itself the finished product. Recipes shared for formulation work are handled in confidence under a non-disclosure agreement signed before development begins.

What specification comes with a custom blend?
The blend is documented against the recipe agreed with you, and specifications together with a Certificate of Analysis are confirmed per order for each batch supplied, rather than published in advance for a blend that does not yet exist.
Do we have to supply a finished recipe?
No. You can send a recipe, a sample of a blend you already buy, or a description of the flavour profile you are aiming at. Formulation work starts from whichever of those you have.
Is our recipe kept confidential?
Yes. Recipes and formulation briefs are handled in confidence, and we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before formulation work begins so the terms are recorded rather than assumed.
Can the blend be packed under our own brand?
Yes. Bulk packing suits production lines, and retail packs, sachets, custom labelling and private label formats are available where the seasoning is sold as a finished product.
